Chintan’s journey in the world of visual storytelling began when he left his job as a television reporter to pursue his passion for cinematography. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in media technology and a master’s in mass communication and journalism, he embarked on a path that would lead him to become a prominent cinematographer.
His talent and dedication have already borne fruit, with one of his short films, Dadyaa – The Woodpeckers of Rotha, earning a special jury award for cinematography at the Sundance Film Festival. Chintan’s work has been screened at prestigious international festivals, including Venice, Toronto, and Sundance.
